Previous assignments include:

Pakistan

During a particularly difficult period of civil unrest, our consultant spent 3 months on behalf of a multinational oil exploration company reviewing its security arrangements throughout the country. This included conducting risk assessments and audits of operational, office and expatriate accommodation locations.

The project included the preparation of a detailed evacuation plan; this document now forms part of their corporate risk management policy.

Libya

A similar project was undertaken on behalf of the same company in Libya.

Kazakhstan

On behalf of one of the largest oil operations companies in Kazakhstan, our consultant conducted a corporate security strategic review. This included detailed risk assessments and threat analyses.

The company’s strategic security planning encompasses all of the points documented in our final report.

Tajikistan

On behalf of a mining company, our security specialist for countries of the Former Soviet Union completed the following assignment:
 

	Preparation and implementation of security policies and procedures
	Recruitment and training of national security managers and personnel
	Conducting of risk assessments and threat analyses
	Security surveys and audits

Yemen

Our consultant conducted risk assessments, threat analyses and preparation of countermeasures for a multinational oil company. During this period he also managed a Close Protection programme for company executives.

Angola

On behalf of a major mining company, our Africa specialist completed the following project:

On behalf of the National airline our consultant undertook:
